In essence the property won’t go away, it will be simply turned into something new. Monte Carlo will remain open throughout the renovation. The transformation into Park MGM is scheduled to be completed sometime in 2018. Earlier this year we reported that Monte Carlo Las Vegas would be renovated to become Park MGM with a boutique hotel named NoMad Las Vegas.
