Guests can visit Laguna Pool at Palms Place.' I understand that this does make the situation any less frustrating. We did have a note on our website as soon as we learned of the buyout which read, 'Please note - SOAK Pool will be closed from 10/5-10/8. The SOAK pool had a private buyout, which regrettably at times we cannot foresee ahead of time and at times makes it impossible for us to inform guests ahead of time.
